
LEVELS
Tiny Tots
For children ages 1-3. This class introduces fundamental instruction, teaching body awareness, muscle control, and basic tumbling skills.
Level 2
This class is for children ages 6 and up. Once athletes have mastered level 1 skills, they'll progress to learning and mastering advanced skills like the back handspring, front handspring/flyspring, roundoff back handspring, and linking skills together.
Level 1
This class is for kids ages 5 and up, perfect for beginners—no experience needed! Athletes will learn and practice exciting skills like forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, backbend kickovers, back walkovers, front walkovers, and more!
Level 3+
For children ages 6 and up, this level is designed for athletes who have already mastered Level 2 skills. They will progress to learning and mastering advanced skills such as back tucks, front tucks, layouts, fulls, and skill connections.
Private Lessons
Private lessons can be scheduled with individual contracted coaches, coaches set their own prices.
